Pre-Wedding Album

Life has been interesting lately until I have to block my schedule for the whole month of June except for two weddings which I will have been committed to. Being an actual wedding day photographer and pre-wedding photographer, I have been committed to do the best and giving the best to all my clients.

For those who doesn't know me very well, I have a few businesses which always make my time or schedule full. The month of March-April, July-August and Nov-Dec is my peak period but it will not be shown in my schedule in this web blog. If you ever step-in my office during these period, you may not be able to talk to me easily as it will be flooded with deviantart.com members.

Anyways, here's a spread page from Derek & Grace wedding album to share with all my clients, fans and friends out there in the world. Their wedding is next week and they are pretty busy preparing for their wedding now. Ken (my videographer) and I will be busy that day and for those who calls me during the wedding, please do call me back in the afternoon or leave me a SMS and I will call you back. Oh yes, I do have a studio with 5 studio flash and a dozen backdrops but I do not use them because I always capture "real" locations and that leaves me the greatest satisfaction as what you see below. Wai Kiat + Diane Pre-Wedding, Bukit Tinggi (Pahang)

Recently I have done a few pre-wedding shooting which I totally enjoyed every moments of it. For clients who wished to engaged me for pre-wedding shooting, please do let me know the locations. For overseas clients, do contact me as well and I am able to fly overseas for this type of assignments. I am currently looking for clients who are able to fly me to Melbourne, Australia as well as Maldives for pre-wedding.

Derek + Grace Pre-Wedding

This is a pre-wedding photo shoot with Derek & Grace last Saturday. This is quite a last minute photo shoot arrangement as time passes so quickly that I have been busy with my other backlog assignments. Still, I would suggest to everyone to book your pre-wedding and actual day wedding photographer early to avoid disappointment.

I will be away to Bali, Indonesia for actual day and portrait photography next weekend and I will be back again to Bali from 9 - 12 October 2010 for portrait photography as well as for those who would like to capture their memorable pre-wedding in Bali, do write to me. I might stay a bit longer in Bali to take your pre-wedding photo. Yes, again... plan early. Do check my schedule from time-to-time as I have been getting quite a number of bookings for end of the year and early next year in 2011.

For those who wished to have their wedding portrait or pre-wedding to be taken in Melbourne or other countries, feel free to write to me as well. Oh, why I mentioned about Melbourne? You don't have to pay for my lodging there. Its already provided so that saves you some cost. :o)

I guess all of you have seen the best of my works without much "hard editing". As I have wrote in my previous posting, I written about the meaning "photographer" and "photo editor". Once you have these two combine, you get amazing pictures but the whole concept about photography is no longer there if there's too much of editing involved. Yin Keat + Chee Ling Pre-Wedding

It never cross my mind to be involved in pre-wedding locally. I have been promoting Pre-Wedding & Post-Wedding photoshoot in Bali Island, Indonesia recently with a total package less than RM 4.5k and this Pre-Wedding which I took for Yin Keat & Chee Ling was something different.

It was a beautiful day one morning when Chee Ling pop-me a message in Facebook telling me that she wasn't happy with the work done by a prominent bridal studio in Kuala Lumpur. She asked for assistance from me so that I could help her to re-shoot the whole "outdoor" scene. Chee Ling flew all the way from Hong Kong (she's based in HK) and we had one whole morning & afternoon to capture all the great photos she needed so that she can get her bridal studio album done on time for her actual wedding day (which will be coming soon in the next few months).

So... in the next couple of weeks, I will be offering Pre-Wedding / Post-Wedding packages locally and those who wished to engage me for overseas assignment, do write to me at fotomalaysia@gmail.com

There is one issue that I have to remind all of you is that I am an "actual day" wedding photographer but I do take Pre-Wed / Post-Wed photo as well. There is a new type of wedding photography which is called "Commercial Wedding" which I will be promoting heavily in the next couple months. So, stay tune for more of my work ya!
